IdealRev (“we,” “us,” or “our”) provides sales, marketing, and business development services for commercial construction companies. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect through idealrev.co, how we use it, and the choices you have.

We use Google Analytics 4, which collects information such as your device type, browser, approximate location, pages visited, and how you found us. Scheduling. If you book a call through our site, scheduling is handled by Calendly, which collects the information you enter to book the meeting. Calendly’s own privacy policy applies to that information.
How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to respond to your inquiries, schedule and prepare for calls, evaluate partner network applications, provide and improve our services, send you information you have requested, and understand how our website is used so we can make it better. If you become a client or partner, we use your information to deliver our services under our agreement with you.

We share information only with service providers who help us run our business — such as our website host, analytics provider (Google), scheduling tool (Calendly), email provider, and customer relationship management software — and only as needed for them to perform those services.
