We’re looking for a motivated and results-driven salesperson to join our team and help grow our client base in the commercial construction industry.
Your role will involve prospecting, building relationships with property developers and managers, and closing deals for high-value projects. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and love working with ambitious teams, this job is for you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate and qualify leads in the construction industry via cold calling, emailing and social media outreach
- Develop strong relationships with clients and identify their needs.
- Consistently follow up with your connections to solicity projects to bid and close deals
- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute targeted outreach campaigns.
- Assist in negotiating and closing contracts for construction projects.
- Maintain an organized sales pipeline using CRM tools.
Every day in this role is dynamic, fast-paced, and rewarding. You’ll start your morning by reviewing new leads, researching your market and planning your outreach strategy. From there, you’ll connect with property developers, managers, and other decision-makers to uncover opportunities and pitch our services via calling and emailing. You might have a client meeting or 2 to present you progress to our clients. Other time is spent collaborating with teammates, strategizing on how to close deals, and celebrating wins.

What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience in sales. 2 – 3 years preferred or relevant experience.
- Strong understanding of commercial construction and project cycles or a passion for real estate and willingness to learn.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
- Familiarity with CRM platforms is a plus.
- Growth mindset. You are comfortable receiving construction feedback and are consistently learning and growing.
